Free sample..!

I rarely do this but I thought this was worth mentioning.

I do a lot of surveys on my spare time and sometimes get to try new products. I was asked to test out Secret clinical strength antiperspirant and I'Ve been impressed with it.

I usually use men products cuz frankly, they are more effective and I love their smell (#sogay). But this one really deliver even if it smells girly..!!

It is truly invisible like the product claims which is rare from my experience and it lasts the whole day which is also rarely the case with most products.. so girls if you are looking for something that works better than regular stuff, you should probably try it.


Recipe

Because a few of you commented on how the bread looked tasty, I am passing along the recipe. I took it from a French website and translated it and added my 2 cents also. You'll notice it is pretty healthy too|

BLUEBERRY AND BANANA BREAD

Ingredients
• 3 ripe bananas
• 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
• 2 tablespoons of yogurt (I used 0% fat vanilla Greek yogurt)
• 2 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of frozen blueberries (fresh would work too)

Directions
Preheat oven at 350°F.
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Add the melted butter, yogurt, applesauce, sugar and eggs. Mix well.
In another bowl, mix the other dry ingredients and add to the banana mix.
Lightly fold in the blueberries without mixing too much (especially if they’re fresh).
Pour into a greased bread pan and cook: 75 minutes for one bread or 50 minutes for two breads or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
Whenever a bread recipe has at least 2 cups of flour, I usually make two smaller breads who are still big enough to last 2 people for a whole week. Then I can freeze one and it also cooks faster.
When bananas get ripe, you can put them in the freezer and whenever you want to make bread or muffins, just defrost them and you have banana puree ready.

Glad it's Friday!!

This week we registered to a 5K color run called Color Me Rad. I am super excited and hope my body won't let me down till then. I am strongly considering going to physical therapy and see what they have to say about my hip pain. I'm only 32 dammit, not 64!

You guys know I do a bunch of surveys and stuff and once in a while, I get to try new products. They sent me coffee this week which is one of my passion addiction!



I tried both the medium roast and the dark roast. They were both good but I def prefer darker roasts. I would buy this stuff again, if it's fairly priced of course. It's quality coffee with crisp taste. I'm very please with it and I'm glad I got to try it for free!!

Hey Guys! YAY Friday!!! Long ass week for sure.

To make things better I've decided to post pictures of the house. We moved in like 2 months ago so it's time. Tomorrow I'm having my close friends over for a little celebratory meal. The house is all clean, so I decided it was time to take pictures.
